Normet Group Ltd redeems the outstanding share of EUR 7,160,000 million of the EUR 35 million hybrid bond issued on 29 September 2020 (ISIN: FI4000441944) (the “2020 Hybrid Bond”). The redemption will be made on 10.7.2023 (the “Redemption Date”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the 2020 Hybrid Bond. On the Redemption Date, Normet Group Ltd will pay the holders of the outstanding 2020 Hybrid Bond a redemption price equal to the nominal amount of the note together with any accrued interest to, but excluding the Redemption Date. Redemption will be carried out on the basis of clause 7.6 (Issuer residual call option) of the terms and conditions of the 2020 Hybrid Bond.
In May 2023, Normet Group Ltd repurchased, by a public tender offer, EUR 27,840,000 of the 2020 Hybrid Bond.

Normet Group Oy lunastaa takaisin alun perin 35 miljoonan euron 29.9.2020 liikkeeseen lasketun hybridilainan (ISIN: FI4000441944) (”2020 Hybridilaina”) jäljellä olevan pääoman 7 160 000 euroa. 2020 Hybridilainan ehtojen mukainen lunastus tapahtuu 10.7.2023 (”Lunastuspäivä”). Lunastuspäivänä Normet Group Oy maksaa jäljellä olevan 2020 Hybridilainan haltijoille lunastushinnan, joka vastaa velkakirjan nimellisarvoa lisättynä kertyneillä koroilla, lukuun ottamatta Lunastuspäivän korkoa. Lunastus toteutetaan 2020 Hybridilainan ehtojen kohdan 7.6 (Issuer residual call option) perusteella.
Normet Group Oy lunasti toukokuussa 2023 julkisella ostotarjouksella 2020 Hybridilainaa takaisin yhteensä 27 840 000 euron edestä.
Tämä lunastusilmoitus on peruuttamaton 2020 Hybridilainan ehtojen mukainen lunastusilmoitus, joka annetaan laskenta-asiamiehelle (Calculation Agent) ja julkaistaan Helsingin Sanomissa 2020 Hybridilainan ehtojen mukaisesti.
